Welcome to the wonderful world of JATFQ, ( pronounced JATFQ ), the naming and shaming ground of people from all walks of life who feel the need to dash the dreams and aspirations of the week and needy.

The editors of this site ( yes, we have editors ) have spent their lives working hard to fill their brains with knowledge and feel happy to impart this joyous mound of information with others, even in case where the requests seem odd, strange, pathetic or potentially incendary. What this site hopes to archive is to highlight the “others” of this world, those who find it more fulfilling to mock, decry, inflame or otherwise textually slap those in need of help rather than JUST ANSWERING THE F*#KING QUESTION. ( see how clever we are there with the domain name ).

The users we highlite in this online repository of anti-help live in a world where, if they came across a crippled puppy attempting to extract itself from the jaws of a mighty Mountain Cat or Cougar, would deem it more appropriate to:

1. Rebuke said canine for being in the maw of the offending feline, and suggest that the injured party should have never been in a position to get into the mouth of the large breed cat in the first place ( maybe through avoidance training or googling “HOW NOT TO BE EATEN BY A BIG FRICKIN CAT” )
2. Suggest that the dog is probably from India or an outsourcing company and deserves everything it is currently getting.
3. Mention the fact that if the puppy had used/was using/cared to look at Linux / Mac / OS2 / something not Windows it would not be in its current life disabling situation.
4. Travel to a far flung corner of the world to find examples of other consumed domesticated pets, take photographs of said examples, and then present the examples to the now fatally wounded puppy by means of a Powerpoint Presentation or Flash animation - but with any helpful links or resources that would help resolve the current situation removed or obfusicated.
5. Stand over the still twitching corpse with a churlish smug grin on their face and remind themselves how great they are for never having been eaten by a lion ( probably by means of another Powerpoint slide show or Open Office equivilant )

Now here is the final part. Yes, we know people can be annoying, yes people should RTFM, yes people should do things better .. but there’s not much we can do about it, and writing sarcasic responses in forums where OTHER people are also looking for similar replies doesn’t make the world spin any smoother.

Is this site completly hypocritical?

YES!

Do we care?

Not really ( though we have helped a large number of puppies )
